CAB Worldwide Appoints Steven DeVoe as Chief Executive Officer

CAB Worldwide, a global engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management business, announced the appointment of Steven DeVoe as Chief Executive Officer. Steve succeeds Terri Jondahl, CAB’s longstanding CEO, who will move into the role of Executive Chair.

As Executive Chair, Terri will work closely with Steve to transition leadership responsibilities, support his success and ensure continuity across CAB’s global customer relationships and supply chain partners. Moreover, she will continue to support the Company’s growth and strategic priorities.

Steve brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution and industrial businesses – spanning multiple industries including aluminum extrusion, paper and packaging and power generation. Most recently, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Astro Shapes, an Ohio-based specialty aluminum extrusion manufacturer. Throughout his career, Steve has forged a reputation for building strong customer relationships, strengthening operations, developing high-performing teams and successfully integrating acquisitions. A mechanical engineer by training, he is recognized for balancing a disciplined, data-driven approach with a people-focused leadership style centered on positioning organizations for long-term success. In addition to his 20-year career in engineering, manufacturing and distribution operations, Steve spent 12 years in management consulting at both Alix Partners and Accenture.

“After a thoughtful and extensive search, our executive leadership team was unanimous – Steve is the exact kind of leader we were looking for to lead CAB through this next phase of growth,” said Terri. “He brings decades of operational experience and understands the culture and long-term focus that have defined CAB. I am confident that Steve is the right person to build on the Company’s momentum and guide CAB through its next chapter.”

“I am excited to join CAB at such a pivotal moment for the Company,” said Steve. “CAB has accomplished a significant amount over its history, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation Terri and the team have established as we continue to deliver for our customers.”

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
